Cancellation Policy

Dietitian At Your Fingertips understands that appointments may need to be cancelled or rescheduled, due to personal circumstances, emergencies, illness, or unforeseen circumstances. In the event of an appointment needing to be rescheduled, it is encouraged to provide as much notice as possible, so that you can allow others who may also require dietetic care to schedule appointments.

Clients are encouraged to communicate any exceptional circumstances directly with us. The purpose of this policy is to inform Dietitian at Your Fingertip’s clients of the outcomes resulting from an appointment cancellation.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation Process

To cancel your appointment, please notify us via email dietitianatyourfingertips@outlook.com or phone 0439 498 497 as soon as possible. In your cancellation request, please provide your name, appointment date and time, and the reason for cancellation. Cancellations will be considered valid only upon receipt of confirmation from us.

Notice Period & expectations:

It is required to provide notice of cancellation at least 48-24 hours before your scheduled appointment. You will be eligible to reschedule your appointment with no fee if appropriate reasons & circumstances are provided. Notice can be given via email: dietitianatyourfingertips@outlook.com or phone. By enforcing this cancellation and refund policy, we aim to ensure fairness to both our clients and our practitioners.

Cancellation fees:

If you fail to provide 48 hours’ notice to cancel or change your appointment, there will be a fee of $50.

If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours 50% of your consultation will be charged (depending on the consultation booked). This 50% fee can be transferred towards another appointment based off Dietitian at Your Fingertips discretion. Those who fail to attend an appointment, with no notice, will be charged the full amount. If these fees are not paid within the week, you will not be able to rebook until all fees have been paid.

There may be exceptions to which the fee is exempt based on certain circumstances.

Acknowledgement:

Clients are responsible for reviewing and acknowledging the cancellation and refund policy before booking a session.

Policy Updates:

We reserve the right to modify or update this cancellation and refund policy at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically. Continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
